I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, focused on helping families and couples discover what’s going wrong in their relationships and working with them to find a better way.

Over the years I have worked with teens and their families as they navigated the juvenile justice system, dealt with divorce, recovered from trauma, struggled with depression, fought substance abuse, and other various issues. I love to work with families who are classified as “on the edge” and help guide them back to a place of stability, many times a place more stable than they have ever known before.

Maybe you are just thinking about getting married and would like some direction and preparation, or you have come to a crossroads in a current relationship and you don't know where to go. Whatever the case, my goal is to lead you to a place of health.
